The initial years of his acting career consisted of roles in television series, when he made his debut in 1974 Father Brown. After starring in various roles in television as well as films, Charles Dance starred in pivotal roles which included films like Alien 3 (1992), Dark Blue World (2001), Midnight`s Children (2012), Dracula Untold (2014), The Imitation Game (2014), Victor Frankenstein (2014), Ghostbusters (2016), Johnny English Strikes Again (2018), Godzilla: King of the Monster (2019), Mank (2020), The King`s Man (2021), Against the Ice (2022) and The Hanging Sun (2022).
