Charles Halton is an American movie and stage actor who started his career with Broadway plays and then went to appear in more than 35 theatre and 180 films. Some of the movies that the has been part of are It's a Wonderful Life, To Be or Not to Be and Enemy of Women. After working in the film and theater indsutry for over 40 years, he retired after his last movie, High School Confidential! He died on 16 April 1959 due to hepatitis.
