Conrad Vernon is an American director, writer, voice actor and producer. After working as a storyboard artist on films like Cool World (1992) and Antz (1998) in his early years, Vernon made his debut as a writer with the 2001 animated fantasy comedy Shrek (2001). The film also marked his debut as a voice actor. In 2004, Vernon made his directorial debut with Shrek 2, in which he served as a co director. Since then, he has co directed the animated comedy films Monsters vs. Aliens (2009), Madagascar 3 (2012) and Sausage Party (2016). Notable film credits as a voice actor include Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas (2003), Flushed Away (2006), Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011) and The Boss Baby (2017). His 2019 release includes The Addams Family.
