An alumnus of the prestigious National University of Theatre and Film I.L. Caragiale, the acting department, Corneliu Ulici is a theatre and film actor from Romania. Having started his career as a theatre artist, Ulici appeared in plays like Biloxi Blues, Almost Maine, and The Unhappy Ones, before eventually getting his break in a feature film as a production assistant for the acclaimed director Francis Ford Coppola's production venture Youth Without Youth.

Ulici made his debut as an actor with the American TV series, Life on Top (2011), where he appeared in a small as a photographer in a singular episode titled The Ex-Files. The same year, Ulici made his debut in a feature film with Ceva Bun de La Viata, a Romanian film directed by Dan Pita. His other notable films include The History of Love (2016), The Crucifixion (2017), a horror mystery thriller directed by Xavier Gens.
