Craig Wood is an Australian film editor. He made his debut editing Alex Proyas' Spirits of the Air, Gremlins of the Clouds (1989). Wood is known to work closely with director Gore Verbinski. Their movies together include Mousehunt (1997), The Mexican (2001), The Ring (2002), Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), The Weather Man (2005), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006), Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007), Rango (2011) and The Lone Ranger (2013). His other works include The Burning Plain (2008), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Tomorrowland (2015) and The Great Wall (2016). He has served as one of the editors on James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017). It has Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and Dave Bautista reprising their roles from the Guardians of the Galaxy (2014). In 2018, he edited Peyton Reed's Hollywood action adventure sci-fi Ant-Man and the Wasp, starring Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly in lead roles.
