Daboo Malik is a multifaceted Indian film artist celebrated for his work as a singer, composer, and music director. Born into a distinguished Bollywood family, he is the younger brother of acclaimed music director Anu Malik and the son of the legendary composer Sardar Malik.
Daboo initially ventured into acting, appearing in films like Baazigar (1993), Tirangaa, and the TV series Mahabharat by B.R. Chopra. However, his true calling emerged in 2002 when he transitioned to music direction. Over the years, he has composed for notable films such as Maine Dil Tujhko Diya, Tumko Na Bhool Payenge, and Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam, among others, contributing to over 200 songs.
As an independent artist, Daboo continues to thrive as a singer, performer, and composer. Under his label MWM (Music World Malik), he has released 36 original tracks, collaborating with renowned artists like Alka Yagnik and Sunidhi Chauhan. Driven by a passion for honouring the legends of the Indian music industry, Daboo Malik remains a versatile force, actively contributing to live shows and music production.
