Daivata Chavan-Patil, a TEDx speaker and accomplished media educator, brings over two decades of expertise in communication, storytelling, and socially conscious media. She has produced two notable Marathi feature films - Barayan (2018) and Asha (2025). Her debut film shed light on the overwhelming social pressures students face within the education system and her second film highlights women's empowerment and the reproductive rights of women, received four awards at the 61st Maharashtra State Film Awards, reinforcing her commitment to cinema with a social purpose.
