Dan Rather is an American journalist and actor. He began his journalism career in 1950 as an Associated Press reporter and made his debut as anchor of The CBS Evening News. He is also contributed to CBS's '60 Minutes' and '48 Hours'. Dan formed an independent company called News and Guts Media, and featured as an animated political cartoon in newspaper. He has received many Emmy Awards and Peabody Awards for his shows.
