Born in Providence, Rhode Island, USA, Daniel Farrand is an American film writer and producer who is best known for his works in The Girl Next Door (2007), and Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th (2013). Farrand has also directed several TV documentaries including Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy and His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th.
