Daniel Mandell (Mandell) (deceased) was an American film editor, born on 13th August 1895, New York. He started editing in 1920’s. He had won the Academy Award for the Best Film Editing for “The Pride of The Yankees”. Including him only four others have won the Award three times. He is the editor of more than 70 film credits. His career span in the film industry was from 1924 to 1996. He died on June 8,1987.
