David E. Talbert is an American playwright, producer and director. His first direction debut was First Sunday (2008) followed by What My Husband Doesn`t Know (2012) and Baggage Claim (2013). His various production credits include A Woman Like That (1997), Stage Black (2007) and David E. Talbert Presents: A Fool and His Money. David won five-time NAACP Award and Grand Jury Prize in Urbanworld Film Festival (1997).
