Spouse of Elton John, David Furnish is a British film producer and director, known for 2006 British comic flick It`s A Boy Girl Thing and Billy Elliott The Musical.

Furnish started as a young advertising executive at International Ogilvy & Mather, where he resigned after getting into a high-profile relationship with Elton John. Aligning to his interest in films, Furnish studied severals course at the British Film Institute and launched his own production house, Rocket Pictures.

He has also produced films such as Women Talking Dirty, Desert Flower, Kofi Annan: Center of the Storm and Pride and Predator. His other projects include Gnomeo & Juliet, Gnomeo & Juliet: Sherlock Gnomes.
