David Valdes is an American film producer who is best known for collaborating with Clint Eastwood. In the initial years of his career, he started off as an assistant director Oh, God! Book II, The Outsiders and Tightrope. Tightrope (1984) became the turning point of his film career when he became good friends with Clint Eastwood. He was promoted to assistant producer and was associated with The Dead Pool (1988), Unforgiven (1992), The Green Mile (1999), The Time Machine (2002), The Book of Eli (2010), I Am Number Four (2011), and Point Break (2015), among others. His 2019 projects include Alita: Battle Angel.
