Dean Winters is an American television and film actor who is best known for his roles in films like P.S. I Love You (2007) and John Wick (2014), and the television shows Oz and 30 Rock. He made his feature film debut with the 1997 political action thriller Conspiracy Theory, and has since appeared in Undercover Angel (1999), Love Rome (2004), Splinterheads (2009) and Rough Night (2017). Other notable television credits include Homicide: Life on the Street, Sex and the City, The Twilight Zone, Rescue Me, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
