Debra Neil-Fisher is an American film editor. Her various film credits are The Hangover Part II (2011), How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003), Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999) and Dear God (1996). She has won the Eddie Award for Best Edited Feature Film of the film The Hangover (2009). In 2020, she edited the film Sonic The Hedgehog.
