Indian cinematographer Deepti Gupta started her cinematic journey when she was just 5-years-old. Her passion for the lens motivated her to graduate from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune. The talented cinematographer has been part of a lot of mainstream projects which include Rabbi Shergill's Bulla music video, and the Bengali film Ranu. The second unit cinematographer in The Warrior (2001), Gupta has also co-founded Indian Women Cinematographers' Collective' (IWCC) alongwith other senior women cinematographers in the industry to provide a platform for women cinematographers. Her 2019 projects include The Fakir of Venice.
