Dev Kharoud is an Indian film actor who not only features in Punjabi teleserials and movies, but also is active in theatre plays directed by big names like Balraj Pandit Ji, Samual John, and Rajesh Sharma Ji. One of his most prominent roles was that of Rupinder Gandhi in the movie Rupinder Gandhi - The Gangster, which turned out to be a blockbuster hit in 2015. He has appeared in other films like Kabbadi Ik Mohhabat (2010) and Sadda Haq (2013).
