Choreographer-turned-producer Dilip Mestry is primarily known for his work in Hindi cinema. He has served as an assistant choreographer in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Baadshah (1999) and the Sanjay Dutt film Vaastav: The Reality (1999); and as a choreographer in a number of Oriya movies Tate Mo Rana (2005) and Mu Sapanara Soudagar (2008).

Significant film credits as an executive producer include the psychological thriller Madhoshi (2004), the adult comedy Grand Masti (2013) and the adventure comedy Total Dhamaal (2019). His 2019 release includes Bakaal, directed by Sameer Athalye.
