Divyaa Unni, born on September 2nd, 1981 in Kochi, is an Indian actress active mostly in Malayalam and Tamil films. She is a also a trained classical dancer and teaches various forms of dance like Bharathanatyam, Kuchipudi and Mohiniyattom too. Divya`s first feature film was "Kalyana Sowgandhigam" -- one she did when she was in tenth standard. Her major films are Pranayavarnangal and Bharathan`s last movie Churam, in which she acted alongside Manoj K. Jayan.
