About
One of the most talented dance music producers in India and the only Indian to be signed to Hardwells legendary Revealed Recordings, Sartek is a force to reckon with. Being a Chartered Accountancy finalist, Sartek never thought he would see such a major shift in his career. After his debut track 'Apocalypse' gained global fame and was signed by one of the Biggest Dance Music Labels in the world, gig requests started pouring in from across the country. He started his career opening for legends like Rank1, First State, Max Vangelli and soon moved to the bigger stage, being the opening act of choice for dance music stalwarts Hardwell, Armin Van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Axwell, Ingrosso, Nicky Romero and Steve Aoki.
Following Apocalypse', Sartek's Dopamine (Guru Records) gained massive support from David Guetta, with regular plays on his radio show. Dopamine quickly entered the Beatport Top 100 EH making Sartek the first Indian to grace the prestigious charts. 2015 started on a high note! Sartek added another first feather to his cap; by becoming the first Indian to be signed by Cloud9 Music which is home to record labels Revealed and Armada, clearly demarcating him from the rest to be the one on his way to becoming a global superstar. Shortly after Backed Up, a track given out as a Free Download to all his fans for their loyalty and support gained the support of big boss Hardwell who played it in his live-sets from Miami to Malta.
Within the year, he also played over a hundred shows across the country, owing to his repeated claim on the Beatport Top 100 with his phenomenal tracks in the past as well as the present! 2016 seems to be the year of Sartek, with Hardwell proclaiming him to be the 'next big thing'! An early release in the year - I'm Trippin on Showland Music; caught the attention of his regular supporters David Guetta, Afrojack and Blasterjaxx making appearances in their sets frequently and propelling into the Top 100. With an appetite for musical prowess fit for a King coupled with enough passion to fuel his dreams and some more, Sartek has no intentions of stopping.
