Dolly Ahluwalia is an Indian actress and costume designer, who works in the Hindi film industry. She started off in the industry as a costume designer, making her debut with the critically acclaimed movie, Bandit Queen in 1994. Since then Dolly has been the costume designer on movies like Earth (1998), Water (2005), The Blue Umbrella (2005), Omkara (2006), Love Aaj Kal (2009), Kaminey (2009), Rockstar (2011), Midnight's Children (2012), Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (2013), Haider (2014) and Rangoon (2017). She made her acting debut with the 2003 movie, Mudda: The Issue. Dolly has been a part of hit movies like ...Yahaan (2005), The Blue Umbrella (2005), Aloo Chaat (2009), Vicky Donor (2012), Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana (2012) and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013). In 2017 she starred alongside Bidita Bag, Furqan Merchant and Virendra Saxena in director Rahat Kazmi's musical drama, Rabbi. Dolly was awarded the National Film Award thrice, winning it twice for Best Costume Design for Bandit Queen (1993) and for Haider (2014). She also won the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 2001 for costume design.

In 2018, she appeared alongside Manoj Pahwa and Vinay Pathak in Harsh Chhaya's Hindi comedy Khajoor Pe Atke.
