An alumnus of the renowned journalism school, Asian College of Media Studies, Noida, Eden Kuriakose after completing her post-graduation degree in Media Management, started her career in the film industry with the Tamil film Aandava Perumal in 2013.

Born and raised in a typical Malayali family in Kerala, Eden before venturing into acting was a former model and won the Miss Kerala and Miss Coimbatore titles. Whilst her maiden film did not garner much attention or recognition for Eden, she got her breakthrough with the supernatural romantic comedy film Irukku Aana Illai (2014). She subsequently starred in her maiden Tamil-Malayalam bilingual film, which was titled Thiraikku Varaatha Kathai in Tamil in Girls in Malayalam (2016). The film has the unique distinction of being the first all-women film in Indian cinema. Her 2018 release include Yenda Thalaiyila Yenna Vekkala (2018), a comedy horror directed by Vignesh Karthick. His 2019 release includes Zhagaram directed by Krish.
