A popular English director, screenwriter, producer and actor, Edgar Wright is best known for making the Three Flavours Cometto film trilogy, which includes Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007) and The World`s End (2013) and for directed the TV series Spaced. Wright who started his career in the film industry directing several short films made his feature film debut with the low-budget independent film A Fistful of Fingers (1995). This film, which also marked his debut as producer and actor initially had limited theatrical release and was later broadcast on the British satellite TV channel Sky Movies. Following his maiden film, Wright did not make any film for almost nine years before eventually making his comeback with Shaun of the Dead (2004). His other notable films as a director includes Hot Fuzz (2007), The World`s End (2013), and Baby Driver (2017), an action crime comedy featuring Ansel Elgort, Kevin Spacey, Lil James, Jon Bernthal and Eliza Gonzalez in important roles. His other projects include The Sparks Brothers (2021) and Last Night in Soho (2021).
