Edward George Dring is an actor who began his stage career at the age of seven. Marco Di Gerlando chose Dring to play Luke in his 2013 short film Nella Tasca Del Cappotto. Dring won the Best Actor at the San Diego International Kids' Film Festival, the Versi di Luce International Film Festival in Modica and the XV Corto Piero Vivarelli Film Festival in Rome for his portrayal of Luke. He stars alongside Marton Csokas, Emilia Clarke and Caterina Murino in Eric D. Howell’s supernatural mystery thriller Voice from the Stone (2017). The movie is based on the novel of the same name by Silvio Raffo.
