An Indian actress known for her work in Hindi and Bengali movies, Ekavali Khanna made her acting debut in 2009 with Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury`s Bengali movie Antaheen, starring Radhika Apte and Rahul Bose in lead roles. Playing a rather small role in the movie, Ekavali was has a recurring role in the Bengali medical romantic drama series Ekhane Akash Neel from 2008 to 2009. Playing the role of a secretary, Ekavali`s next came with the English-language Indian movie Memories in March, starring Deepti Naval, Rituparno Ghosh, and Raima Sen.

The actress made her Bollywood debut with the 2014 drama Zed Plus alongside an ensemble cast. Known for playing supporting roles, Ekavali has movies like Kaun Kitney Paani Mein, Dear Dad, Bioscopewala, Veere Di Wedding, and Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain to her credit. Her 2020 release includes Nirontor.
