Oscar-winning Australian film producer Emile Sherman has bankrolled over twenty-five features in a career spanning around two decades. The co-founder of See-Saw Films, some of his best known productions include the historical drama The King's Speech (2010), the drama film Shame (2011) and the biographical drama Lion (2016). Of these, The King's Speech (2010) won the Oscar for Best Picture in 2011, while Lion (2016) was nominated in the same category in 2017.
Other significant projects in recent times include the mystery drama Mr. Holmes (2015), the sci-fi romantic comedy How to Talk to Girls at Parties (2017) and the heist film Widows (2018).
