Ethan Embry has started his acting career from the number of TV and Radio commercials. He made his film debut as Doyle in Dutch. He then continued to work in feature films such as the big budget box office bomb Timeline, Standing Still, and heart of a Dragon. He has also played a role on the Showtime television series, Brotherhood. In 2015 he began playing Coyote Bergstein in the Netflix series Grace and Frankie.
