Born in Oxford, England, Florence Pugh made her feature film debut with Carol Morley`s 2014 mystery film The Falling. The film successfully premiered at the BFI London Film Festival on 11 October 2014. Her 2017 release includes the drama film, Lady Macbeth. Directed by William Oldroyd, the movie along with Florence Pugh stars Cosmo Jarvis in the lead. Her other major releases include Malevolent (2018), Fighting with My Family (2019), Midsommar (2019) and Little Women (2020). In 2021, she starred alongside Scarlett Johansson in the superhero film Black Widow, based on the Marvel character of the same name.
