Franchot Tone was an American stage, film, and a television actor. He began his career from the Theatre Guild and made his first screen debut in 1932 movie, The Wiser Sex. He worked in more than hundred movies and known for his works such as Advise & Consent, Five Graves to Cairo and Mutiny on the Bounty. Tone died of lung cancer in New York City in 1968 at the age of 68.
