G. S. Vijayan is an Indian film director who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. His first movie was the Mammootty starrer Charithram in 1989. He then went on to direct several movies like Aanaval Mothiram starring Sreenivasan, Ghoshayaathra starring Saikumar, Saaphalyam in 1999, and Bavuttiyude Namathil in 2013, which received positive reviews. His 2017 directorial venture includes the Malayalam movie Chodhyam starring Rashin Rahman and Rupini in lead roles.
