An Indian fiction writer, poet, screenwriter and lyricist, Gaurav has written songs for movies Ugly (2014), Daas Dev (2018), Veere Di Wedding (2018) and Article 15 (2019). His screenplay Nissar was selected for Drishyam Sundance Institute Screenwriters Lab, 2016. He was honored with Jnanpeeth`s Navlekhan Puraskar, which he refused to accept.
