George Roy Hill was a director and producer. Hill in early days served in World War 2 as a night fighter pilot. After serving in the army he worked as a reporter and then graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in Ireland. Hill worked in theater, movies and Television. Hill is known for his works in The Sting, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
