George Stevens was a director, screenwriter and producer. George was also a cinematographer. George entered in movies with passion for filmmaking, but he had his first job as cinematographer. In 1934 George made his directorial debut through slapstick Kentucky Kernels. George passed on March 8, 1975. George was known for his works in Giant, Shane and A Place in the Sun.
