Gerald Fried is an American musician, oboist and composer known for his background scores in movies. He has composed more than 300 films in his career and received Lifetime Achievement Golden Pine Award at the ISFMF. He is famous for his work Terror in a Texas Town, The Man from U.N.C.L.E, and miniseries Roots.
