After graduation He moved into directing television, and his major works includesDharma & Greg and The Golden Girls. He was nominated for an Emmy and a Director's Guild Award for directing the episode ofEllen. His feature has his debut with a film directing with10 Things I Hate About You, since then he made his directional work in more than 50 films and series.
