Girish Prabhu Collective is a Hindi Rock Band based in Bangalore, India. Formed in 2014, the band is the pet project of songwriter and composer Girish Prabhu who plays the drums and lead guitars in the band with vocalist Anusha Hegde , guitarists Ashwin Nair and Tejas Yadav and bassist Suhas Gotla. Kenneth Rao is the newest member on Drums. The band's music centers on a melodic soft rock sound, exploring a variety of styles and genres. The band occasionally works with Guest Artists to infuse different flavours of music. Lamhein also features three songs from Girishs previous project, Zubaani with Kenneth Rao. In 2007, Worldspace Satellite Radio featured Zubaani as Breakthrough Artist.
