Gladys Cooper was an American actor, who had a successful career of seven decades on stage, films and television. She has started her career with the film The Eleventh Commandment in 1913. She is popularly known for her work in the film, My Fair Lady. She has also served as a manager of the Playhouse Theatre from 1917 to 1933. Her other film credits include Rebecca, Now, Voyager and The Song of Bernadette. She died on November 17, 1971 in England.
