Mostly seen playing supporting roles, Govind Pandey made his debut in 1982 with the movie Angoor, following which he was seen after a gap of sixteen years in the Aamir Khan and Rani Mukerji-starrer Ghulam. He has other movies such as Do Dhooni Chaar, Lootera, Fan, Hindi Medium, and Muavza: Zameen Ka Paisa to his credit. His 2018 projects include the Karan Johar-produced crime action-drama Drive, and the Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma-starrer Sui Dhaga: Made In India.
