A playwright from Scotland, Gregory Burke is best known for his work in the Gagarin Way, which won the Critics` Circle Most Promising Playwright Award. An alumnus of the University of Stirling, Burke did many odd jobs before eventually becoming a writer. Burke who has written many plays, has also written for a TV series titled One Night in Emergency (2010) and films like 71 (2014) and 7 Days In Entebbe (2018), an English crime drama thriller featuring Rosamund Pike, Daniel Bruhl, Denis Menochet, Mark Ivanir and Eddie Marsan in important roles.
