Gubbi Veeranna was an Indian actor and director, born in the year 1980. He owned a drama company named Gubbi Shree Chenna Basaveshwara Nataka Company. Veeranna had four wives, three of them being Sundaramma, Bhadramma and Jayamma. He was associated with the movies like Sadarame(1956), Jeevana Nataka(1942), Hemareddy Malamma(1945) and many more. Veeranna was awarded with Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for acting in the year 1955.
