Guy Pearce (Guy Edward Pearce) is a British-Australian actor. He started his career with Neighbours, a TV series, in 1986. His first major breakthrough came in 1994 with his role of a drag queen in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Since then he has played a variety of roles in movies like Memento (2000), The Road (2009), Prometheus (2012), and Iron Man 3 (2013), all which cemented his status as an actor in the industry. He has won an Emmy Award for his work in the movie, Mildred Pierce. He has worked in TV series like Home and Away, Snowy River: The McGregor Saga and Mildred Pierce. He played the titular role in the Australian show Jack Irish (2016-2018). His 2020 releases include the comic book based superhero film Bloodshot.
