Starting off as a producer in 2012, Hari Mehrotra entered the Hindi film industry with the drama, Future to Bright Hai Ji. In 2017 Hari served as the producer on director Ziaullah Khan's drama, Viraam. The cast has Narendra Jha, Annapurna Vitthal Bhairi, Badrul Islam and Urmila Mahanta in important roles.
