Harini Ramachandran, Co-founder of School of Excellence, is an established playback singer popularly known as 'Singer Megha' in the Film Industry and has worked with most prominent music directors such as Academy winner A. R. Rahman, Ilaiyaraja, Harris Jayaraj, G. V. Prakash, Devi Sri Prasad, Thaman, etc. She has over 75 songs and more than 200 Ad jingles to her credit in languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and Oriya.
Fascinated with the results of a personal experience of an Excellence Installation session with her friend and NLP expert, Antano Solar John, Harini was inspired to attain the highest level of skill in NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming). She further went onto learn NLP directly from Dr. John Grinder (Co-Creator of NLP), Carmen Bostic and Micahel Caroll and is now being personally mentored by Dr. Grinder. In her vision to take the technology of NLP and its applications to empower the common man and aspiring women, Harini founded School of Excellence along with Antano Solar John in 2011. Through her work today, she helps several tone-deaf, rhythm-deaf people sing soulfully.
She along with has also contributed in the journey of making of 'The Sunshine Orchestra' from Academy winner and music composer A. R. Rahman's music college comprising under-privileged children of the society.
