Harmony Korine is an American director, producer, screenwriter, author and occasional actor. He began his career as an actor appearing in the film Kids (1995). He then wrote and directed the film Gummo (1997), which was a moderate box office hit. He went on to direct other films like Above and Below (2003), Trash Humpers (2009) and Spring Breakers (2013). His acting career is set to add another film to it`s list as he is set to appear in the upcoming film Manglehorn which is slated to release in June 2015.
