Based in London, music composer Harry Escott studied music at the Somerville College, Oxford and Royal College of Music. He has worked as the score composer in several films, including Hard Candy (2005), A Mighty Heart (2007), Shame (2011) and Welcome to the Punch (2013). His major work is Eran Creevys debut feature Shifty (2008), which earned him a BIFA nomination for Best Music Composer.
In television, Escott has composed for many series like Extraordinary People (2005), Father & Son (2009) and Run (2013). He has worked on BBC One drama series What Remains (2013) and River (2015). He is also associated with British thriller Deep State (2018). His other composing credits include The Wedding Guest (2018).
