One of the most popular TV actors of India, Harsh Chhaya also appears in Bollywood films. Harsh gained popularity in the 1990s with his role as Krishnakant Trivedi aka KT in the successful TV drama Hasratein. Prior to his success with Hasratein, Harsh had starred in the hit TV show Tara, essaying the character of Jijo. The actor subsequently appeared on TV shows such as Swabhimaan (1995), Astitva...Ek Prem Kahani (2002), Balika Vadhu (2014), and Tamanna (2016).

Few of Harsh`s movie credits include Dum (2003), Corporate (2006), Fashion (2008), Jolly LLB (2013), Har Har Byomkesh (2015), Ghayal Once Again (2016), Umeed (2017) and Khajoor Pe Atke (2018). His 2020 release includes Darbaan. In 2021, he featured in Satyamev Jayate 2 (2021).
