Heather Burns is an American film and television actress. She made her feature film debut in the 1998 romantic comedy-drama You`ve Got Mail, and has since appeared in over 20 films and numerous television shows, primarily in supporting roles. Some of Burns` best known movie credits include Miss Congeniality (2000), Two Weeks Notice (2002) and the Academy Award winning drama film Manchester by the Sea (2016). Besides these, she has also appeared in television shows like Law & Order, The $treet, Elementary and Blue Bloods.
