An Indian film editor, Hemal Kothari primarily works in Bollywood cinema. Hemal made his debut as an editor in a feature film with the National Award-winning film Chandni Bar in 2001. His other notable film credits as an editor includes Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena (2005), Pyaar Ke Side Effects (2006), Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal (2007), Love Story 2050 (2008), Guzaarish (2010), Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2013), and Bobby Jasoos (2014). The editor-turned-producer is associated with the 2017 film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, a comedy-drama directed by R.S. Prasanna. The film is his maiden production venture. His 2018 release includes Zero.
