A popular American TV and film actor and author Francis Eugene Harper, better known by his screen name Hill Harper started acting since he was 7 years old. Harper started his acting career on the silver screen with Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings (1993). He subsequently starred in films like Get on the Bus (1996), In Too Deep (1999), Love, Sex and Eating the Bones (2003), The Breed (2006), For Colored Girls (2010), Parts Per Billion (2014), Concussion (2015) and All Eyez on Me (2017). Apart from films, Harper also has a well-established and successful career in the TV industry. Having made his debut on the small screen with Married… with Children (1993-94), in his illustrious career spanning about 25 years, Harper has featured in more than 20 series’. He is best remembered for his roles in The Handler (2003-04), CSI: NY (2004-13). The former won him the Satellite Award for Best Supporting Actor – Television Series and the latter won him the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series.

Hill Harper, apart from acting is also an accomplished author; he has penned several books including Letters to a Young Brother: Manifest Your Destiny, Letters to a Young Sister: DeFINE Your Destiny, The Wealth Cure: Putting Money in Its Place, Letters to an Incarcerated Brother: Encouragement, Hope, and Healing for Inmates and Their Loves Ones.
