Known for working in various award-winning art-house films, Irshad Ali is an Indian actor who works primarily in Malayalam cinema. The actor who has worked with several acclaimed directors like T.V. Chandran, P.T. Kunju Muhammed, Pavithran and K.R. Mohanan made his debut in a feature film with a cameo in Parvathy Parinayam in 1995. Some of his other notable film credits include Praja (2001), Ravanprabhu (2001), Ivar (2003), Kochirajavu (2005), Aandavan (2008), Indian Rupee (2011), Streetlight (2012), Alif (2015), Kasaba (2016) and Aakashamittayee (2017), Malayalam drama starring Jayaram Subramaniam and Iniya. Apart from films, Irshad has also worked extensively in the TV industry. He has worked in several TV series' including Ninavukal Novukal, Chandrodayam, Unniyarcha, and Kunjali Marakakkar.
